Haus of brows requires all bookings to be made online. This ensures all your details are added correctly, you must leave an active card on file. By booking online you agree to all terms and conditions. I have a no-refund policy, this is in place to protect my small business. Please arrive to your appointment on time.

There is a 10 minute grace period for running late, any longer will require the appointment to be cancelled and 50% of the service will be charged. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking. We work back to back so any later then 10 minutes will incur in us being delayed for the remaining clients booked for that day. Haus of Brows has a strict no refund policy, this is in place to protect the small business.

Deposits are made when booking an appointment automatically online. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. If you do cancel before 48 hours your deposit will be kept on file for your next appointment. All clients will need to leave an active card on file.

Haus of Brows requires 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. If cancellations occur 24 hours prior to the appointment you will be charged 50-100% of the service fee. No-shows will not be tolerated and will be required to pay the full cost of the service.

There is a 10-minute grace period for running late, any longer will be classed as a cancellation which will require you to pay 50% of the service fee. For Cosmetic Tattooing - You will be required to give me a minimum of 5 days' notice if you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you give less than 5 days' notice, unfortunately, you'll lose your booking fee.

If you need to cancel your scheduled in-person training, please note the following policy:

- If you cancel before the agreed training date, 50% of the fee will be forfeited.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the agreed training date, 100% of the fee will be forfeited.

However, we understand unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, a credit note can be issued, which must be used within the next 2 months to reschedule your training date. This allows flexibility while ensuring you can still benefit from our training services.

Please be aware that refunds will not be issued. Our cancellation and refund policies are agreed upon at the time of booking or purchasing the training.

Once you confirm your order and receive any digital products, such as online training and e-books, please note that refunds will not be issued. All sales of digital products are final, and they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
