Once dispatched, Honey Brow is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or opened/used products.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided for items proven to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Faulty or damaged products must be reported to hello@honeybrow.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos and order details.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
