SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Honey Brow, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.

  • Australia: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD
  • International: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $170 AUD

For orders under these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia & New Zealand
  • North America
  • Western Europe
  • Selected international regions

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST may be processed the next business day.
  • During busy periods such as new product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may take an additional 1–2 more days.
  • Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days
  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days (metro areas faster)
  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to local customs clearance)

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or customs processing.

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Honey Brow is not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. However Honey brow is not liable for any products damaged or lost. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are cosmetic and hygienic, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • You receive the wrong item in your order.
  1. Contact us at honey@hausofbrowsaus.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product/packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Honey Brow is not responsible for any bank or processing delays once the refund has been issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Honey Brow error.

We do not offer product exchanges due to hygiene regulations. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).
